Zabbix 1.6: Setting an ITEM to DISABLED makes it disappear???

Help!

Fresh install of Zabbix 1.6, if I set an Item to DISABLED (Configuration -> Items) that item disappears?? I don't know if it is deleted or just hidden by a bug.

OK so clever dick "xs-" in IRC just pointed out to me there is a seperate link at the top right to display disabled items

*feels stupid*

Although why that isn't included in the filter *must* be a bug!
