IT services, SLA 100% but trigger errors

Hi,

I am surprised because SLA is 100% with two alerts. I have two errors in triggers but it is not taken into account by zabbix.

I don't know how to do ?

Resolved !!

I have found why SLA was not good, I chose the bad "Status calculation algorithm" => max of childs instead of min of childs.

This is with 1.6? I ask as I have never seen the IT Services / SLA stuff work.
