    Aknowledge and notification actions 1.6

    I have a notifications action set up like this:

    Trigger value = "PROBLEM"
    Event acknowledged = "Not Ack"

    But even after it is acknowledged it still sends out escalation emails.

    I also have one set to send out an email when an event is acknowledged to let people know it is being taken care of but those emails do not go out aswell.

    Is the even acknowledged variable just not working ?

    I updated to 1.6.1, but acknowledge notifications still do not work, and acknowledged items still send repeat notifications.

    Does anyone know how to make it so you get an email when it is acknowledged?

      It would be nice if there was a HOWTO somewhere to explain escalations...

      I'm trying to set up notifications so that an e-mail and/or SMS is sent when problem occurs, and another e-mail or jabber notification when problem is acknowledged . So far no luck.

        I got 1 time receive a notification.
        Unfortunately, I wrote the wrong domain.
        I made a correction.
        But the notices are no longer coming

        I continue to investigate the cause...
