I'm trying to generate an alert in the following situations:
- a trigger is set to PROBLEM
- a trigger is acknowledged
practically i want to send an e-mail and a SMS when the problem first apears, and a jabber IM and an e-mail when the problem is acknowledged. So far i tried escalations and setting the "event acknowledged" but with no success. The manual mentions very little about escalations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
