Greetings,
When configuring user permissions, you can limit a user's scorp by using resource ID's, what I would like to know is what this value really means and how you break down these resourceID's.
The reason I am looking at this is to use it as a mechanism for limiting user scope to specifric groups of servers. I have about 40 defined host groups and would like to give people permissions to access only those host groups that they need access to, and I suspect that this is what it is used for, but cannot figure out how it works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
