Reasonable message macros?!

I find it quite hard to find out what information to put in the message and what not.
I need some inspiration from you! Here is what i'm using right now:

Subject:

"{HOSTNAME} {TIME}"

Message:

"{DATE} {TRIGGER.NAME} : {STATUS} Last Value : {ITEM.LASTVALUE} {TRIGGER.COMMENT}"

please post your default message for actions.
