Can Zabbix notify me whenever it fails to pick up data on an item?

Rather than have an item silently fail is there somewhere something I can switch on so Zabbix can notify me of this?

You mean I have to manually setup a trigger for every single item? I have over 15000 items currently....

I wouldn't apply nodata to every item.

But yes, if you want it, you have to set it up. Use templates or write scripts to do it.
