configuracion Zabbix

Tengo instalado Zabbix 1.6 en ubuntu 8.04

Mi problema es el siguiente, en los log me da un error de conexion a la base de datos con el usuario root@localhost.

En la configuracion no me da ningún error. No me genera datos en los graficos.
El estado del servidor zabbix se deshabilita solo....

Alguna ayuda por favor!!!!!?????

Are you sure that the zabbix_server.conf config file has the correct information about the MySQL database? You both have to configure it in the servers config file and for the webinterface.

Also check what is being written to /tmp/zabbix_server.log.
