Wants to get mail notification on a regular basis :- Guidance Needed

I am successful in configuration of sending mail , when trigger is activated , but now I have a problem to address , Zabbix , is only sending the mail notification , once , ie when there is a trigger change (ON/OFF)
Can I configure Zabbix to send notification with fixed interval , after the trigger activates
For eg one of my trigger definition is
{JosephTestMachine:Eth_0_Status.last(0)}#1
In this I get the notification once the Status is changed , but it is only sending me one time , I want to get mail on a regular time period , for the state
I would like to request guidance for this

The functionality will be supported by ZABBIX v1.1.
