A better translation for this message would be "timeout."

Where are you seeing this error message?

I also recommend searching the forums, this has been discussed at length in the past.

Good point . The main reason it can be tricky to pinpoint is because there are multiple paths to the code that generates the error message. The key thing is to know where the error is coming from. Is it in the log file? Is it in the items display?

Ok, so you're saying you're seeing this error on the client when it's trying to connect to the server? If that is the case that points towards a possible network or config file configuration mismatch.

Check to make sure the port assignments allign with each other and that the client has the proper server address listed. If you're using a DNS name make sure it resolves correctly.

                Thanks for your support,

Maybe our network has latency is high, because in my system just have some server error, I will check config again.
