I'm currently implementing a more detailed overview screen for our managers and operators, and one of the requests is to put the SLA calculations onto this page. Is there any way currently to accomplish this?
If not, has anyone attempted to implement this? I wrote last year some PHP to allow me to use bar graphs and I might be willing to write more code to try and implement this feature.
