Is there an easy way to distribute zabbix agents with each an unique hostname? I don't want to install and configure zabbix on each computer individually, that would take too much time.

CFEngine or puppet
Well they are not meant for installing software, but they are great for maintaining the config file on multiple servers.
(you can install software with them tho, you just need to do a little scripting) -
