Proxy Setup details

A couple of years ago I experimented with the Zabbix version of the time.

I'm now testing with Zabbix 1.6 and it is significantly better.

I have a couple of questions about the proxy

1) I assume I set the agents to treat the proxy as it were the server. IE: Set the parameter Server= on the agants to point to the proxy?

2) Do I configure the SQL database for the proxy with the same db schema as a server?

3) Do I use Active or Passive checks for the monitored systems in the configuration of the agents and the server?

#1 - correct.
#2 - I set mine the same as I did on the Zabbix server and it works fine.
#3 - not sure, I am currently using passive.
