Super Admin Admin and User Rights Issues?

Since upgrading to 1.6.2 any user that I have created an account for has to be assigned Super Admin rights in order for them to see anything on Zabbix. If given User or Admin rights they just get a black zabbix screen with the only choice is to edit the profile.

Any Ideas???
