The Triggers is right, but the action don't work

I'am so sorry ,i post wrong area !

1. the triggers severity is disaster
2. I define the actions with triggers

but the field with action is nothing^

Have anybody help me? Thank A LOT

In your action, set the Trigger Description & the Trigger Value

but the action configure was the same as the 1.6.1

in 1.6.1 the action is OK

so... i think the action configure is no problem.

PS : we use the 1.6.2 now
