Notifycation on Acknowledge

Hi,

I got escalation working correctly. The system send us a message every X minutes until someone solve the problem or acknowledge the problem.

When the problem is solve, we receive an email.

So we know when the problem occur and when it solve but we don't get any confirmation that someone is working on the issue.

Now I want to be notify when someone acknowledge a problem (and of course send the name of the person).

According to what I have read and try, this is not possible but I probably missed something... I can't believe this is impossible....

Any idea?
