NewB, Agentless ZABBIX

Dear folks,
i just knew ZABBIX few days ago. I ve looked all the screenshots, information and details about ZABBIX. It mentioned about agentless.
So i want it that way.

I need to monitor 10 router, 20 servers, and 100 hosts.
only the routers and servers are snmpd enabled. While for the hosts , i only able to use ICMP ping to detect wheter the host dead or alive.

So i need the documentation on how to install agentless ZABBIX. I ve read half of the documentation on installing ZABBIX, but i dont know yet whether i should install the agent or not if i want to install agentless ZABBIX.

In order to monitor agentless servers, you may take advantage of simple TCP and ICMP checks.

The TCP and ICMP checks do not require any agents running on monitored hosts.
