What this might mean?

I get in the log file the following message:
-:-:-Send list of active checks to [127.0.0.1] failed: host [ZABBIXServer] not found.
Where shoul I look and what I need to do further? Please advise!

the zabbix server tries to send the list of active checks to all hosts monitored :
in your configuration you must be monitoring your zbx server (host = '127.0.0.1').

so if u dont use active checks, there is no pb.
otherwise, configure your zabbix agent on the zabbix server to receive active checks & change hostname to ZABBIXServer.
