./configure snmp options

what are the options
--with-net-snmp
--with-ucd-snmp
for ./configure?
is it necessary if i only write snmp oid in numeric (.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.1 etc)?

Yup, it's still necessary if you are doing active SNMP checks, however, if you are just listening for SNMP traps, then no, not really.
