eliminating false positives in downtime monitoring

I would like my trigger to say {hemp:icmppingsec.avg(#3)}=0 and {joogot:icmppingsec.avg(#1)} >0
to only make the trigger fire if last 3 attempts to ping hemp were 0 and the last try to joogot was >0 in order to take away false trigger fires due to the network zabbix server is on losing connection.

Could someone tell me how to correctly format this?
