Node Sync

I have Master Node and Child Node. For some reason had some issues in child Node and had to bring down. Post it is brought up I see following

1. All configuration migrated -- NO ISSUES
2. Continous update of events, triggers, maps etc -- NO ISSUES

3. NO Transmission of of Historical Data

** Checked the logs -- I don't see NODE SEND HISTORICAL DATA

How do I reset the and force node sync again.

Same question from me. If you did force it to sync somehow, how did you do it? Some searching around on the forums seems to show a lot of people with issues in a 1.6.4 setup doing DM.
