Latest pre-compiled agents?

I have seen people mention that they are using 1.6.4 agents for Windows machines. Where are they getting these, unless they are compiling them?

Do you happen to know if 1.6.4 agent is compatable with Zabbix server 1.5.3?

We have 1.5.3 and 1.6.4 in our labs, with hosts pointing to both.
