Freaky zabbix

i have two zabbix installations, one in the root domain (zab02), one in the child domain (zab01). the one in the root domain is a clean clone (vmware) of the one in the child domain. I think i have done the setup on zab02 correctly as well but... as soon as i go to the start page by http://zab02 on a machine in the root domain my browser gives me the message waiting for (ipaddress of zab01). I have no clue where he is getting this. All possible conf file or whatsover has been scanned and looked for references to the ipaddress of zab01 and i can't find anything else that is strange, and i don't know where to look further.
If it would give me an error i would be more happy then this.
any ideas?

Well you explanation isn't all that clear.

Plus this is just a user forum, not tech support with a 4-hour response guaranty.

Anyway, did you change all settings in:
- zabbix_server.conf
- frontends/php/conf/zabbix.conf.php
?
