ZABBIX Disabled

I was able to install ZABBIX but when I checked the web interface, and it says in the Dashboard.

Parameter: ZABBIX server is running - No

On the screen, the ZABBIX Server DISABLED.

How can I fix this problem?

Also, when stopping the ZABBIX server, I get the message below.

[root@localhost src]# /etc/init.d/zabbix_server stop
stop called - in running eq 0
/etc/init.d/zabbix_server stop: zabbix_server (pid 2004?) not running
[root@localhost src]#

In the frontend go to Configuration --> Hosts and select Zabbix Server. Put a checkmark in the box at the lefthand column and click on activate selected.
