Active agent on W32

Hi all,

are active agents on w32 working? Whenever i change the agent type to Zabbix Agent (active), monitoring stops for that host. I also tried to restart the agent on the monitored host to no avail.

Can someone please explain me what i have to do to get this working?

I have exactly the same problem and am keen to know what is wrong before I migrate to Zabbix 1.1 from 1.0.

I've just solved my Active Checks problem. In the zabbix_agentd.conf on your Windows server make sure the 'Hostname' field has a unique identifier for that machine and NOT 'localhost'.

Our Windows machines all have a number assigned to them and their operating system type, e.g. 01663WXP, so I used this as my 'Hostname' entry.
