Hello!
I've succesfully configured some items, triggers and actions. Now I want to deal with IT Services.
Here's what I do:
1. I configure a first and simple IT Service, linked to a trigger.
2. I check the option "calculate SLA".
3. I add a period within which I am located.
4. I force the trigger to activate.
5. I do see the trigger going to "problem" status.
6. BUT the IT service ALWAYS remains at 100%.
What am I doing wrong?
