Question. I have a proxy setup on a site that just recently had a problem with its WAN connection. I have the triggers for the hosts at that site have a dependency on whether the proxy is running. It works for when the wan connection goes down so I don't get multiple alerts about the clients having an issue the the zabbix client. The problem is when it comes back up it starts to send multiple emails about the zabbix client(I have a nodata trigger set to free memory pulls). There is no missing data. The alert keeps going on and off. It looks like it stops when the proxy has finished sending up its cached data and stops when the pulls become real time. Now my question on this is... WHY? Is there something I need to do? Did I setup my trigger dependency wrong?
