Sending SMS from Zabbix to mobile on specific port

I want to send SMS to mobile on a specific port through Zabbix.

What do you mean by "specific port" ?

To send SMS you can either use a GSM modem connected over serial. Or use a gateway/service provider that will give you access through various APIs or systems: HTTP/Webservice, Mail to SMS, ...

By Specific port, i mean is that it should go to the mobiles specific port so that it could not go in mobile inbox, so that J2me application on mobile listening on that port will get that sms, as j2me application does not have access to inbox memory.

Is it possible with existing zabbix appllication to send sms on different port than default one.

If yes, could you please let me know how to configure zabbix application to do this and if not ppossible then could you please let me know how to do this with the help of "AT" commands.

I googled and found that it is possible with "At" command with configuring "UDH" part with "PDU" mode of the sms header, but i am not getting how to create this "UDH" portion with "PDU" mode.

Please help me out of this.....
