Hi all,

I am having a problem with some actions not working. I have some items/triggers set up using snmp for memory usage cpu and disk space on windows servers. It is using the external check. Now I also have items/triggers set using the Zabbix agent for the same things. I do not get any actions from the external checks but I do from the zabbix agent. I see in the dashboard memory usage high >80% but no action triggered a e-mail for the external check, but it does using the zabbix agent. Any suggestions?

Attached are some screen shots. They are shots of one of the 2 triggers not working. All other triggers produce a action only the High Memory Usage and CPU Load High do not.

Is it possible to resize your screenshots ? I'm not currently able to read what is written... :s

Figured out my own problem. It seems when I add {HOSTNAME} to the Name in the CONFIGURATION OF TRIGGERS. eg. High Memeory Usage {HOSTNAME}. When added to the action it now works. I guess it needed to know what host was having the issue. Still new to Zabbix. Live and learn.
