monitoring multiple systems with trigger

hi,
i have a problem i want to monitor like 50 systems and i have the requirement to react only if 10 off them are offline(doesn't matter which) or if the processor load is to high on 5 off them.

How can i build a trigger for that? The trigger line is to short for this kind of expressions....

I am pretty sure you may use aggregate items for this type of check.
