zabbix spams with alerts, even if condition is OK

How even can it be so stupid??? This is the latest version 1.6.6

trigger:
{Linux_mail_server_template:vfs.fs.size[/,pfree].last(0)}<50

Action:
enable escalation, recovery message.

Action conditions
Conditions AND
(A) Host group = "Linux mail servers"
(B) Trigger description not like "postfix queue > 15 messages for 10 minutes"
(C) Trigger severity = "High"

Action operations:
From 1
To [0-Infinity]
Period 600

Freaking zabbix sent a message with RPOBLEM, then the disk space had changed but it continued to send its useless spam every 10 minutes:

STATUS: OK
STATUS: PROBLEM

STATUS: OK
STATUS: PROBLEM

STATUS: OK
STATUS: PROBLEM
and so on...

WTF, it continues to send spam even if Action has been disabled.
