All,
I have configured many alarms, most of them working as expected (I need to double check some configurations ), but I have a problem.
When one of my users acknowledge an alarm, that alarm remains on the "Overview" screen with a green flag over the red box, even if the issue is resolved. Could help me someone to find a way to get this boxes green again?

Well that means that it's not yet solved from zabbix' point of view: trigger is still true.
