Hi all, there seems to be a bug whereby, when i select the category for Use if severity Average or High, it either deselects both upon clicking apply or checks the severity option of high as the default. I have been tryin to upload a screen shot for visual purposes but to no avail. It seems to be takin too long to upload.
This is in turn has affected all the alerts and they seem not to be working. On the web interface it shows sent but the SMSs are not delivered.
Anyone who has experienced this problem before?
