I'm currently using Zabbix for system monitoring, on Unix and Windows and the one of the network admin of my company is interested in zabbbix to monitore his network.
He asks me to add a cisco snmp device to see what is possible. I use one of the template given with zabbix and it gives interesting results.
But, the net admin has also tested other solutions such as centreon or zenoss with features of auto snmp discovering... giving the adress of the device, the tool can find the interesting points of the snmp tree (rates, states...)... and he is found of such a feature.
Is there anything similar in zabbix I haven't seen ?
