Server failed

Server failed with segmentation fault. Cannot restart, I have disabled triggers, and actions and still cannot get the service to restart. Any help would be appreciated.

1. upgrade to latest stable version
2. use strace to trace the problem

Thanks, I am at the latest version. I finally was able to get the server restarted. I was getting a segmentation fault. Had to disable triggers and dump the data for one of my servers before the server would come back up.
