I have a strange problem trying to get repeat notification running under zabbix.
I have a very simple CPU load trigger with a corresponding action that sends a message to a single named user. This works perfectly.
When I try to set escalation in the action to allow for repeat notification, no messages ever get sent and the Monitoring->events changes from having the "warning" with an action of "OK" without escalation to having an action of "-" when i turn on escalation. i.e. it appears that zabbix doesnt even attempt the action once the escalation check box is marked.
I have tried various tweaks with no joy - curious to know if anyone else has seen this before....
