Help, Can't Add/Edit/Delete IT Services configuration Item

Dear all,

The zabbix server version is 1.6.4.

After some unknown reasons, I can't add/edit/delete service any more, I notice there is a error icon in the bottom, and the error is Object doesn't support this property or method.

Please help me solve this issue, Thanks.

I have sometimes the same problem with 1.6.5

I think this can be a problem with MSIE. With Firefox i don't have trouble.

It's really odd, with firefox I can edit a item, but only one item, after i close the edit window, can not edit other items again.

Please help me.

Does there have another way so i can edit some items? It is possible to edit it in command line?

Even after i upgraded to 1.6.5 can not solve this issue.

I have test it on many machines, include IE, Firefox(Windows, Linux), the problem still exist. I can't edit any it services now, it's unacceptable.

Somebody, please help me.

When I use IE8，there some new error information, it's says,

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Line: 192
Char: 6
Code:0
URI: http://172.32.234.135/js/gpc.js


So i look into gpc.js file, Line 192 Char 6 is just a "i", what should i do?
