Hello,
I have now a stand-alone Zabbix Server (nodeid=0) monitoring a set of machines, and a proxy monitoring a subnet. Everything is working really fine.
But I was trying this afternoon to move this nodeid=0 to nodeid=10, in order to set a new central instance... the movement using /usr/...../zabbix_server -n 10 /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf, worked.
Then this nodeid=10 node kept working fine with all the nodes, retrivieving SNMP, receiving traps, everything.... but the Proxy, the proxy was unable to connect with the server, and server was complaining with the message "Unknown Proxy mon1".
Is it possible to have such structure, with a central node, some remote nodes and then some proxies which synchrnoice witht the remote nodes?
Did I miss anything else? Apart of the Nodeid change of the "central node" there were no other changes in the configuration or the database.
Thank you.
Cheers.
