Monitoring a process on Terminal Server environment

    Hello,

I'm very new in here and need some help.

    Here's the facts :
-I'm Citrix administrator on a farm with about 40 servers (Windows 2003 R2).
-My boss often asks me about my servers' health.
-The process iexplore.exe consume a lot of memory because of our new ERP which is bugged

These reasons and some others made me to come to zabbix.

    I installed zabbix 1.6.5 on a Fedora 11 server.
Installed winagent on my citrix servers.
I'm able to obtain the iexplore.exe process consuming the largest amount of memory with the proc_info[iexplore.exe,wkset,max] item and I'm able to send a mail alert if last value is over 300Mo.

    Where I need Help :

I would know if it's possible to get the name of the user of the process to receive mail alerts.

I know how to receive mail alerts like :
'A user is over 300KB memory usage for iexplore.exe process.'

Could you please help me to receive alerts like :
'A user is over 300KB memory usage for iexplore.exe process. This user is 'JohnSmith''

    Thanks for your help !
