Remove HUGH spike in the graph

    Hello,

We have been monitoring website page load time for months. Then a few weeks ago, we rolled out something, and it didn't workout. The page took too long to load. We can see a hugh spike on the graph and we couldn't see other data on the same graph when we change the timeframe > 3 weeks. (See attachment)

Are there anyway to remove the spike from the graph?

    sql

You'll need to manipulate tables history and trends (or history_uint and trends_uint), using sql to delete the record with the spike.

I don't know about web monitoring, but, using "normal" monitoring, it helps if you identify first the monitored item that generated the spike. Take a look at the items table to find it.

    regards
