SNMP trap where dos it stands for

I won’t to read snmp traps, but my problem is that I don’t now if I’m using the right trap.

I can’t find a good snmp trap guide, in the form of witch OID or MIB gives witch data back and what dos it stands for.
You would expect that de supplier would give you this but they are scarce, if they even provide this information.

I have fond some sites like mibdepot but they don’t give me de combination:
MIB or OID, stand for, expected output

If you can help me, I would be great full,
    Dominic

Haven't had the time to explore it yet but maybe this will help you:

    http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/howto/mon...snmp&s[]=traps

    http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/howto/monitor/snmp/snmp

and a discussion about it here:

Try using a MIB walker like GetIf ( http://www.wtcs.org/snmp4tpc/getif.htm ) - load the suppliers MIBs into the \MIBS folder and examine all the available OIDs for that MIB. You'll see the OID listed at the bottom and there'll be a brief (sometimes unhelpful) description on the RHS. Works fine for me.
