perfcount with german "umlauten"

Hi,

we have problems, retrieving some windows performance counter, which have "Umlaute" (äöü) in their name.

It seems like those Umlaute somewhere in Zabbix get converted wrong.

Unfortunately it's not possible to use numeric counters for these, as the numeric counters change from installation to installation, sometimes even when windows updates get installed.


Sidenote: we are trying to retrieve performance counters for windows dfs, replication, disk quota, etc.


Does anyone know about these problems or have some hints how to solve them?

We are using Zabbix 1.6.6

Non-English counters will be supported in 1.8. You may use numeric counters where possible.
