I'm pretty new to this game and am having problems creating a build for RHEL 4 AS. I'm using the latest RedHat RPM's for both MySQL and net-snmp which seems to result in the Zabbix configure script failing. The script looks for these installations in a number of locations, none of which are used by the RH versions! I've frigged the script so that it can run, and pointed the lib and include directories to my best guess at the RH equivalents. However the make install then fails with a load of mysql errors.
Has anyone successfully created a build using RH?
Any help would be much appreciated.
