I know there is a place in the zabbix menus to acknowledge all the triggers/events, but I have forgotten where that is. Can some give a quick Administration --> Triggerts...(for example)?

In the "Monitoring->Triggers" report in the filter for the "Events" you should select "Show all", then click on the "Filter" button.
After that in the "Monitoring->Triggers" report you should select what alarm you want to acknowledge (you should mark them using checkboxes) and
then click on the "Bulk acknowledge".
Also in the Conf->General menu "Event acknowledges" should be activated by selecting "Enabled" in the events menu.
