I have deployed IT Services. The algorithm for the parent service is:
"Problem, if at least one child has a problem"
Calculate SLA is checked, and Acceptable SLA is set up at 85%.
¿How is it possible the following behaviour? That is, to have the parent service at a so low level when just one child has had a problem. (see attached image)
