Starting whit Zabbix

Hello,
I am just starting to use Zabbix, so my questions will be not advanced

I started to monitor Web page, i created host and scenario, i can see download speed and response time.

now i whant to create trriger for web page failure, i whant to get action, when web page is not accesable, i created trriger:

{ZABBIX Server:web.test.fail[forums.lattelecom.lv].last(0)}#0

is this correct?
when this trriger will be alerted?
what means last(0)}#0

.fail item records step number that failed. it is 0 if no step has failed.
so your trigger seems just fine - if all steps succeed, do not trigger. as soon as one fails, trigger.
