i am reinstalling zabbix again but zabbix server does not run i don't know what happening there .... when i type on shell:> zabbix_server start ... nothin to be change same problem zabbix server running = No????????

You might need some hand-holding yas.

Check & provide the following details/files -
1) OS platform
2) Zabbix version and configuration
3) Zabbix user-id, binary and configuration directories
4) Content of the Zabbix server and agent configuration files (attach, don't paste)
5) Log file output (attach)
6) The actual scripts you use to stop/start Zabbix (e.g. zabbix_server - attach the file)

It seems we are going through a full helpdesk/support cylce process for you :-)

I have almost the same symptomps. The difference is that I have zabbix 182 in Debian, and no error on logs

No /usr/local/sbin/zabbix_server found running; none killed.

any ideas? I cant start this service at all

Ok Ploochan, so we know that the server did not start.
Can you paste the contents of your log file here?
And did your "agent" start?

so I solved this by getting this error:

/usr/sbin/zabbix_server [26588]: Cannot create PID file [/var/run/zabbix-server/zabbix_server.pid] [Permission denied]
/usr/sbin/zabbix_server [26588]: ERROR: Cannot create PID file[/var/run/zabbix-server/zabbix_server.pid] [Permission denied]

after giving zabbix user the permission for both
# chown zabbix /var/run/zabbix-server
# chown zabbix /var/log/zabbix-server/zabbix_server.log

I was able to start the service again
