wrong event time in received msg

I have problem:

Event date = 2009.11.22
Event time = 03:18:48
Age = 0m

Zabbix
----------
this is mesage actions.
As you see event time is not corect in received email...

Not enough info..

Is your MTA in the same timezone from the Zabbix agent(I'm guessing here)?
Was that email sent from the Action without a configured Escalation?

There are way too many things that can explain what you describe.
