How can I achieve this same trigger with agent nodata or some other agent check

Hello, I'm using the following below to monitor various network devices that I can't put agents on and it's working wonderfully. My question is, how can I do something like this with hosts that have agents on them? The ping.nodata option for agents is annoying because I often receive alerts saying my host is down immediately followed by alerts saying the host is up.
