How to Configuration [setup.inc.php] in Zabbix?

Hi,
This is the my first to configure Zabbix server,but When I open the management Link (http://zabbixe-server/zabbix),the seven steps, suggesting the following error:

[Incorrect configuration file[/var/www/html/zabbix/conf/zabbix.conf.php]

So I do not know where a problem, I think this is the file(setup.inc.php) configuration problem, who can give me a correct configuration?

Hi.
Check for permissions on /var/www/html/zabbix/conf/ directory, it must be 777, so apache can write zabbix.conf.php there.
Also check for zabbix.conf.php in that directory, that error can happen when zabbix.conf.php already exists and apache can't overwrite it...
